1. Information handled

We handle account and profile details, organization membership, and the content and settings you submit. Depending on your use, this can include brand kits, drafts, posts, schedules, products, client records, connected-channel details, and support messages.

• Subscription status and Stripe customer or transaction identifiers
• Service activity, request, security, and error records
• Prompts, inputs, and outputs for an AI-backed feature you choose to use

2. How information is used

Information is used to authenticate accounts, operate workspace features, process configured billing, provide requested generation or publishing workflows, secure and troubleshoot the service, and respond to support requests.

3. Service providers

AURUM uses Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for billing, and Vercel for application hosting. Depending on the feature invoked, AURUM code also integrates Anthropic, OpenAI, or xAI for AI-backed workflows and Resend for email delivery. A connected social or other external service handles information under its own terms.

4. Storage, security, and retention

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. No internet service can promise absolute security. Information is kept only as needed for service, security, legal, and operational purposes; the period depends on the record and applicable requirements.

5. Choices and requests

You may update available account or workspace information and disconnect supported integrations. You can contact us about access, correction, deletion, or another privacy request. Applicable rights depend on your location and the circumstances of the request.
